In part one, we saw how the FBI and DOJ employ Gestapo style tactics upon their political enemies and we got a glimpse of what a two-tiered justice system looks like. In this section, we’ll take a look at what these new 87,000 IRS agents found in the Inflation Reduction Act is all about. But before we do, let’s look at some history.
The government has a storied past of abusing their power and showing that there is really no “equal Justice Under Law” along with being aggressively militant. It just depends on who you are, what side of the political aisle you’re on, how much money that you have and how well you’re plugged-in to the establishment. Below are a few examples (For the sake of time I won’t go into detail, but feel free to look them up).
The Kent State shootings on May 4th, 1970. Four students were killed, and nine others wounded by The Ohio National Guard. The students were protesting the Vietnam war.
The Ruby Ridge standoff, August 1992 in Idaho. When US Marshals attempted to arrest Randy Weaver under a bench warrant on an outstanding firearms charge. Vicky Weaver was shot and killed by an FBI sniper while she was holding her infant daughter.
The Compound of the Branch Davidians, Waco, TX 1993. There is no dispute that it was a cult run by a maniacal, apocalypse-minded, nut job named David Koresh. However, the compound was full of women and children. The controversy was how it ended. It ended in the fiery deaths of all 76 inhabitants and was rumored to be started by David Koresh himself. Could the FBI under AG Janet Reno not have waited until Koresh went to town for supplies?
The Bundy Standoff of 2014 in Southern Navada. It was the result of a 21-year dispute over cattle grazing rights. Bundy was allowing his cattle to graze on federal land adjacent to his property. Both Bundy supporters and the FBI were armed to the hilt. Fortunately, no one on either side was injured, but really, how were these cattle hurting Federal land?
Lastly, how the January 6th, 2021 “insurrection” defendants were treated. Many of these defendants were denied due process. Their rights under the law were suspended, such as legal representation, not allowing their lawyers access, not being formally charged for months, and some put into solitary confinement. This was going on while those that participated in the riots of 2020, many of whom were part of radical leftist radical organizations such as ANTFA and BLM, were not so much as given a slap on the wrist.
Now the government is getting ready to hire and arm 87,000 additional IRS agents. Let’s take a closer look at these new “agents”.
If you’re picturing these 87,000 as having sun visors on their heads, Sharpies in hand, occupying offices in Washington DC, and going through our tax records looking for discrepancies, you’d be wrong. These will be well armed and trained law enforcement officers of the IRS.
The IRS published this below as part of the job description:
- Adhere to the highest standards of conduct, especially in maintaining honesty and integrity.
- Work a minimum of 50 hours per week, which may include irregular hours, and be on-call 24/7, including holidays and weekends.
- Maintain a level of fitness necessary to effectively respond to life-threatening situations on the job.
- Be willing and able to participate in arrests, execution of search warrants, and other dangerous assignments.
What’s most telling is what was taken out of the job description. After much public scrutiny, the IRS removed the line, “Carry a firearm and be willing to use deadly force, if necessary.” It would be obtuse to think they simply dropped this requirement.
Additionally, $45.6 billion in the new “inflation reduction” bill is allocated to the IRS and earmarked for tax enforcement. Couple that with the fact that the IRS has been stockpiling ammo. ” the Internal Revenue Service has spent $725,000 on ammunition just this year…. It has stockpiled 4,500 guns and 5 million rounds of ammunition for this purpose, and it’s not the only federal agency doing so.” (The Trumpet News: The feds are not buying assault rifles to crack down on fraudulent W-4 forms, by Andrew Miller, August 4th, 2022) (Bold, mine)
These recent purchases of ammo were so alarming that Northwest Florida Congressman, Matt Gaetz introduced a bill in July to prohibit the IRS from acquiring any more ammunition.
Should you be concerned? Well, that depends on who you are. If you are a woke leftist Democrat, the answer is no. However, if you are a conservative, Trump supporting, America first, Christian that believes in traditional values….YES! “Republicans and Christians have become the Jews of the 1930s.” Author unknown.
It’s just a matter of relabeling and probable cause. If you’re white and have conservative beliefs and/or are politically active, you could be labeled a “White Supremist” or a “Domestic Terrorist”. President Joe Biden in his address to congress in April 2022 called “White Supremacy” the “most lethal threat to the homeland today.” Or you could be labeled is as a “Domestic Terrorist” if you object to some of the things your kid is being taught in public school (CRT, transgenderism, self-gender identifying, certain books that are deemed to be pornographic in the library) and let that be known at a school board meeting. In October 2021, ” Top officials of a national school board group talked to the White House days before Attorney General Merrick Garland ordered the FBI to investigate complaints of threats from parents, newly released emails reveal.” Remember, this is the same Merrick Garlend that signed off on the raid of Trump’s home in Palm Beach, FL. As the former president said in a response, “if they can do it to me, they can do it to you.” All they need is “probable cause”. Could “probable cause” be a mistake on your tax filing, substantiated or not? What would be needed for these armed IRS agents to show up and bust down your door at 5:00AM in the morning while you and your kids are sound asleep? If you think it can’t happen, you’re not a very good student of history!
Please know, I’m not trying to instill fear in you. The Lord is our shield and strength and “if it be so, then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from trials and to hold the unrighteous for punishment on the day of judgement.” 2 Peter 2:9 (Berean Study Bible) However, we need to be vigilant, wise, and involved in all local and Federal elections. Our children and grandchildren our depending on us!
We live in a time that our government is employing Gestapo like tactics and the tax man commeth whether we like it or not. Don’t get caught off guard!
