Some recent headlines, “The left-wing group Ruth Sent Us announced Tuesday that protesters from multiple pro-abortion groups are descending on Pelosi’s San Francisco home Tuesday evening to demand that she “investigate the corrupt justices” and “save abortion.”
“Pro-choice group claims arson attack on Wisconsin anti-abortion office.”
In addition, pro choice activists demonstrated at two homes of conservative Supreme Court judges. First off, it’s illegal according to Federal law, section 1507 Title 18 of the US code.
What they are protesting is the leak of a draft stating that the Supreme Court planned on over turning Roe v Wade. Mind you, they were not going to make abortion illegal, but had planned on allowing the individual states to rule on the matter. Even the late Ruth Bater Ginsburg said that the 1973 ruling was “on shakey legal ground.”
A lot has changed since 1973. For example, 3D digital images now show the baby in the womb much more clearly. Science has confirmed these pre born babies can feel pain. However, that hasn’t stopped the purvayers of this evil from demanding the right to murder babies all the way up to birth, and in some states, after. It’s estimated that over 62 million babies have been murdered since the law was passed.
Just recently I watched the testimony of a former abortion doctor detail graphically the procedure. He explained the procedure using the surgical instruments he brought with him. One was used to rip the arms and legs from the baby. Another was used to crush the head. He said he knew he got the head when a saw a murky white matter eminate from the mother’s womb. Then holding up another instrument said this is used to scrape out the remaining body parts.
All the while we see “pro choice” activists cry, “my body, my choice!”
Yet, many of us Christians feel that…well, that’s just part of the fallen state of man. After all, we can’t stop all the evil that happens in the world. Right? We need to be concerned with “spiritual matters”. Really? How hypocritical! How many of us would stand by if an intruder breaks into your house and tries to rape or murder your child? Would you not intervine and stop that evil? You sure as hell would! Many would die trying to save their child or grandchild. But that’s just it, these poor mislead women who go to get an abortion aren’t our children.
Please don’t misunderstand, I know that there are a lot of Christian people are doing all they can by witnessing, counseling, educating, demonstrating, and giving to pro life organizations. And thank God for them! However there are many of us that don’t seem to care, or care enough to get involved.
I for one admit that I haven’t gotten involved the way I should. Just to know it’s wrong isn’t enough. The word of God tells us in James 4:17 “Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.”
I wonder how many of us will have to give account for what we knew to do and didn’t do it?
Make no mistake, abortion is the violent murder of children. I believe it is an evil by which God, the righteous Judge, will judge America. And that judgement is much higher than the Supreme Court!
