What if your company’s CEO announced and published, that he will be nominating his successor. Ok, no problem. Then he says, “I’m only going to nominate a white young male for this position.” Lawyer’s cell phones would be blowing up! And they should. It’s illegal to hire someone based on their race and/or gender. But isn’t this exactly what Joe Biden did? He told us what he was going to do and then nominated Ketauji Brown Jackson.
Joe is all for diversity! And if confirmed she will be the first African American women on the Supreme Court. However, it’s a little hypocritical of him. After all he isn’t the first president to nominate a black woman to a high court.

So, not only did Biden break the law, he was hypocritical as well. And that my friends is a Supreme Shame.
