What evidence did we have that a nuclear attack was imminent? Obviously we’re not privy to the intelligence that the president has. But we were told that Iran was just a couple of weeks away from enriching their 60% uranium to the 90% weapons grade uranium. We were told too, that Iran was close to developing missiles that could reach America’s East Coast. They’ve already shown that they could reach Europe. But what other signs were there?

Iran has been the undisputed state sponsor of terrorism throughout the world since 1979. Iran has over 100 terrorist partners that are responsible for countless attacks throughout the world from 1979 until today. A few of the most prominent are, Hezbollah, Hamas (responsible for the Oct 7th, 2023 slaughter of Israelis), and the Houthis.

Where Did It All Start?

(In) 1953 the CIA and MI-6 (the UK’s intelligence agency) backed a coup that overthrew the Prime Minister Mohammad Mosaddegh because he nationalized Anglo-Iranian Oil Company (now BP). They then installed the Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. The Shah became an autocratic ruler. “By 1977–78, everyone wanted him gone — students, leftists, merchants, religious conservatives. When security forces opened fire on protesters, the movement only grew. On February 11, 1979, the Shah fled. Ayatollah Khomeini returned from exile to a crowd of millions.

What followed shocked even those who’d fought for the revolution. Women were forced to wear hijab, alcohol banned, universities purged, and tens of thousands of political prisoners executed in the 1980s. The Iran-Iraq War killed hundreds of thousands. The 444-day U.S. hostage crisis severed ties with the West that never fully recovered.” (Post from Intragram.com/facts)

The Theocratic Leadership of Iran

The Mullahs are the religious ruling class that emerged in Iran in 1979. They’re Shia Muslim clerics, highly educated in their theology and in Sharia law. They hold a very strict interpretation of Sharia and rule with an iron fist. They have both a conventional Army and an elite class Army called the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). Created after the 1979 revolution, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps answers directly to the Supreme Leader, the Ayatollah.

“The IRGC is one of the most powerful organizations in Iran, conceived as the principal defender of the 1979 revolution, and now a critical link to Islamist militant groups violently opposed to Israel and the United States. Soon after 1979 Ayatollah Khomeini along with The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) had complete control, military, economically, and politically. Ayatollahs interpret the faith in a strict Shia Islamic theocracy. The IRGC supports militant groups in Iraq, Lebanon, the Palestinian territories, Syria, and Yemen. This “axis of resistance” aims to rid the region of Western and Israeli influence.

The Threat

With these Mullahs in charge, Iran is not like the other countries who have nukes. Countries like, Russia, America, China, and North Korea, all know if they push that button they themselves would be wiped out in a counter strike. The Mullahs in Iran don’t care. In fact it’s their plan. A nuclear war would just hasten Al-Ma’d. Al-Ma’d is referred to as “the resurrection, where all humans are brought back to life after death to be judged by Allah.” It is also the return of Mahdi (Rightly Guided Leader). Hence, these Muslim extremists gladly die as martyrs. For example, suicide bombers, those that attacked America on 9/11/2001. Consequently, when they chant “death to America” and “death to Israel” and when they say, “we’ll wipe Israel off the face of the earth”, they mean it! It’s folly trying to make a deal with them. But that’s what Obama did.

The (JCPOA) the Iran nuclear deal signed in July 2015, which President Trump called “the most stupidest deal in history” and withdrew from it in 2018. The JCPOA did nothing more than grant them time and money to proliferate their nuclear ambitions. Under the agreement Iran agreed to reduce its stockpile of its enriched uranium by 98% and its nuclear activities for at least 10 years. They were also to permit inspectors to verify its compliance. That didn’t happen, and even if it did, the 10 years are now up.

Under the agreement the U.S. unfroze Iranian assets held in foreign banks totaling $100-$150 billion dollars. In addition, the Obama administration sent $1.7 billion dollars in cash to Iran. A 747 Jet flew in and turned over skids of the cash! Obviously, the Obama administration never heard about Taqiyya (if you read my posts on Islam you know exactly what it is). News flash, they used all that cash to fund terrorism, enrich uranium, and sponsor terrorist attacks on Jews and Americans! You can’t play nice in the sandbox when the other side is Hell bent on burying you in the sand! All Obama did was subsidize their war machine. Along with enriching uranium, the IRGC spent the money on manufacturing missiles, drones, and building a vast underground tunnel complex wherewith to hide them, and fund terrorist attacks using their proxy’s on American interests and that of its allies. In other words, Iran used American tax-payer money for these attacks!

Sadly, even today President Trump doesn’t fully comprehend the deep seated theocratic ideology that drives these people. He said, and I’m paraphrasing, we’re now dealing with a more reasonable, a less radical arm of the regime. But in reality there’s no such thing! Let’s take a more in depth look.

“For Mehdi Ghadimi, the ideology behind Iran’s ruling system is not theoretical. It was something he was taught from childhood.

“You were told you are a part a small group chosen by God… to revive God’s religion and fight to defend it,” the Iranian journalist told Fox News Digital, describing the message repeated in schools, mosques and state media.

That early indoctrination, he said, framed the world in stark terms: a divine struggle between good and evil, with Iran’s leadership positioned at the center of a religious mission. ….a belief structure rooted in religious absolutism, messianic expectation and a worldview that leaves little room for compromise. …At the center of that worldview is the belief in the Mahdi — a messianic figure in Shiite Islam whose return is expected to usher in a final era of justice after chaos.

Twelver Shiism is the dominant belief for Shias, the Mahdi, identified as the 12th Imam, is alive but hidden and will one day return. Iran’s political system positions the supreme leader as his caretaker. …For the mullahs in Iran, the Mahdi idea is less about personal faith and more about power,” said Lisa Daftari, foreign policy analyst and editor-in-chief at The Foreign Desk. “They use it to suggest that the supreme leader’s views are not just political opinions, but carry a kind of divine weight.”…”The Islamic government, based on its own interpretation of the Quran, considers itself obligated to enforce Islamic law across the entire world,” Ghadimi told Fox News Digital, adding that the regime “sees itself as the leader of this belief globally.”

“They harbor hatred toward Iranians and Jews, whom they regard as enemies of Islam since its very beginning, and they consider killing them—such as on Oct. 7 and in the recent killings in Iran — to be divinely rewarded acts, much like the beliefs once held by Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi,” he said.

“No one within the structure of the Islamic Republic thinks about anything other than defeating the Western world and establishing Islamic dominance globally,” Ghadimi said.

In that framework, critics say, Iran is not simply pursuing national interests but acting within what it sees as a broader religious mandate. (Inside Iran’s ruling ideology: How a ‘holy mission’ and messianic doctrine fuel regime extremism,  By Efrat Lachter, April 6, 2026.

Today, Iran has about 1,000 pounds of uranium enriched to 60% and just a couple of weeks away from enriching it to weapons grade, which is 90%. In other words that were close to being able to make 10-12 nuclear bombs. In addition, some sources claim that Iran was already working on missiles that could reach the coast of the Untied States. Consider the following.

For starters, we’ve learned that we have greatly underestimated them. According to a recent article from Fox News, “Israeli intelligence assessments before the operation indicated Iran was accelerating its ballistic missile production with plans to reach 8,000 missiles by 2027.” Iran has proven to be an unconventional and resilient enemy with a multifaceted leadership structure. Iran has had 47 years to build their arsenal and plan for an attack on its self ascribed enemies, while simultaneously, planning its defense strategy.

The End Game

Any other enemy would have folded by now. One would have thought that Operation Midnight Hammer in June of 2025 that took out their nuclear enrichment sites buried deep under ground, would have done it. But it didn’t. Moreover, one would have thought the six week duel assault by America and Israel labeled “Epic Fury” would have left them toothless; incapable of launching missiles. But it didn’t. The campaign destroyed the Iranian navy, hit over 10,000 targets, including 190 plus missile launchers, took out their air force, radar, Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps command centers and weapons production facilities and 12 of their senior leaders. The White House was hoping the Iranian people would now take control of their country and liberate themselves. But that didn’t happen.

In February 2026 the Iranian regime opened up fire and killed some 30,000-40,000 of their own people. Just recently the Iranian leadership hung a 19-year-old star wrestler and two other young men for their past protests against their oppressive government. I could make a strong case for the Second Amendment here, but we’ll leave that for another post.

“Iran’s military is not designed to win a conventional war against the United States or Israel. It is designed to survive one, absorb damage and continue fighting over time, experts say….analysts warn that Iran’s naval threat was never dependent on large ships. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy is built around “area denial capabilities,” including fast attack craft, mines, missiles and drones designed to swarm adversaries and disrupt maritime movement.

“They still have the capacity — speedboats, drones, surface-to-sea missiles — allowing them to block the Strait of Hormuz,” Citrinowicz said.” (Inside Iran’s military: missiles, militias and a force built for survival, By Efrat Lachter Fox News, Published March 28, 2026)

What we’re also learning is Iran’s uranium may be buried in multiple locations deep underground in the Zagros Mountains. Keep in mind that Iran roughly two times the size of Texas. Additionally, according to CNN, hardly the bastion of journalistic integrity, “Iran has been laying traps and moving additional military personnel and air defenses to Kharg Island in recent weeks in preparation for a possible US operation to take control of the island, according to multiple people familiar with US intelligence reporting on the issue.

The Trump administration has been weighing using US troops to seize the tiny island in the northeastern Persian Gulf — an economic lifeline for Iran that handles roughly 90% of the country’s crude exports — as leverage over the Iranians to coerce them to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, CNN has reported.” (Iran building up defenses of Kharg Island to protect against potential US ground attack, sources say, by Natasha Bertrand, Zachary Cohen, Kylie Atwood, Tal Shalev, March 25, 2026)

Make no mistake, the Iranian regime’s goal is to subdue then West by military conquest. The are hellbent to wipe Israel, America, Europe, even other Muslim countries off the face of the earth. If the allies had a moral obligation to rid the world of Adolf Hitler and the Nazis in 1945, we should have it now to defeat the nefarious forces of Iran in 2026. In 47 years American presidents took no decisive action to eradicate this cancer from the planet. Was there Justification for attacking Iran? There sure as Hell was! And thank God President Trump had the resolve and intestinal fortitude to do it!
