It’s not Kyle Rittenhouse that should be on trial here! Even if they convict Rittenhouse the problem won’t go away. The problem is the people that were in charge, namely the governor and the Kenosha PD,
They allowed BLM and Antifa to riot and burn down the house! Why, because they didn’t want to be accused of being “racist”. You can see from the videos that night that the police did absolutely nothing! They allowed burning, looting and rioting. They even permitted the crowd to throw bricks and rocks at their police vehicles!
In fact, we saw similar anarchy in Seattle and other cities throughout the country in 2020. Not many were charged with anything, let alone brought to justice.
When people have no regard, fear of punishment or respect for law enforcement there will quite naturally be chaos. Consequently, these people had the choice of allowing harm to come to themselves and their property or protect themselves and their property.
So is it fair that under these circumstances, they accuse Kyle and his friends of vigilantism? I think not. And can they blame him for offering to provide first aid to those who’ve been injured? I think not. Now, you can make a point that a 17 year old going down there with a first aid kit and an AR-15 wasn’t prudent. But that’s about it. However, if the “adults” in charge would have done their official duty he wouldn’t have been there in the first place. The onus is on them, not a 17 year old kid trying to help. But this is what happens when America bows the knee to wokism.
Now as we’re awaiting the verdict, BLM and Antifa is calling for violence if he’s aquited. It’s these same feckless officials who are talking about bringing in the National Guard to help keep order. Really? If they did that the first time Kyle Rittenhouse wouldn’t be on trial!! But because they didn’t, it’s them that should be on trial not Kyle Rittenhouse!
